Carissa Blair: A lifetime of learning and leadership

Carissa Blair has spent more than twenty years helping people learn, lead, and grow across classrooms, conference rooms, and ministry settings. An ordained minister and experienced educator, she has served in multiple ministry roles and education roles from teacher and instructional coach to curriculum coordinator, instructional leader, and professional development consultant for schools and leadership teams.

Her academic background includes an education specialist degree in instructional leadership, a master’s degree in English as a second language, a master’s level certification in instructional leadership, a bachelor’s degree in English education, an associate degree with a concentration in business, and various other certifications and skills.
